I made the mistake a few years back of working for a tech startup without looking into them beyond the startling payrise. Once in there, I realized the level of bullshit in the tech industry was even on a completely different level to advertising. The lesson learnt - bullshit is everywhere, and authenticity is a rare and precious jewel to be protected with berserker rage and molotov cocktails. Anyhow, me and one of the few genuine people working at that place, made this. A marketing buzzword generator, to then become a product mocking modern marketing anxieties, as a segue to sell the software we were creating. Show empathy with humour. They bailed on the idea, along with doing anything of any worth. They saw being funny as a risk. At least they helped me pay off my student loans.
